Learnindrums mission to teach
The birth of Learningdrum was initiated by the founders Johan Isaksson and Jan Dahlqvist in May 2008. Johan had worked in the e-learning business fore some years and because he is a dedicated drummer the desire to produce a on-line e-learning tool for drummers all over the world had to be explored.
The project philosophy is to “share and share alike” and the Learningdrum mission is to stimulate the learning process for drummers all over the world.
By presenting free tutorials and communicating stimulating tools the Learningdrum team are hoping to make it a little bit easier to improve the skills for the global community of drummers.
By using Internet as channel for the education all student across the world can take part and by providing communication tools like the Learningdrums drums and percussion community forum knowledge exchange among Learningdrums global network of students is stimulated.
The Learningdrum education is free of charge and no login is required. The project is financed through built in advertising systems.
